Local Shipping (Nigeria):

Our business days do not include Weekends & Public holidays. 
 

LAGOS

NON-ENGRAVED GIFTS: Please allow 0-2 business days.
Same day delivery depends on the time of the day order is completed. We may decide to use our delivery or advice the use of a gokada.

ENGRAVED GIFTS:Please allow 3-5 business days for delivery. Delivery will be completed anytime within this frame with no guarantee of a particular day.

 

STATES OUTSIDE LAGOS

( We ship using FedEx also known as Redstar)

NON-ENGRAVED GIFTS : Please allow 3-6 business days after order ships

ENGRAVED : Please allow 5-8 business days after order ships
(Production of engraved units typically takes about 3 business days which is inclusive in the total timeframe)

We ship worldwide with Aramex International. 
PLEASE NOTE; WE DO NOT SHIP ALCOHOL & PERFUMES INTERNATIONALLY 

  • Orders without Customization are typically delivered within 5-7 business days.
  • Orders with customization take 10 business days.
 
This is however subject to customs' operations in your country.

For CUSTOM UNITS (customisation, engraving and personalisation), Production and delivery timeframe starts counting as soon as we receive ALL the details we need to enable us to process the order.  

You'll receive an email notification once your order is shipped, with a tracking number for following up for shipments if applicable.

PLEASE NOTE: Custom DUTY / CHARGES may apply in certain countries and is handled by the receiver

Also ensure that your shipment is not consigned to denied, restricted or debarred individuals in the receiving country. Such shipment will be returned & the shipping fee & cost of custom unit (if any), forfeited.  


REFUNDS

  • In the event that an item/package arrives the recipient damaged. The item will have to be inspected & a refund issued.

  • In the event that an item/package purchased is out of stock and unavailable to ship, a refund will be made

  • Unfortunately, We cannot issue refunds for Personalised units (customisation & engraving), wrapping service or any other unit produced specifically for you. 
  • Refunds for late delivery of products due to the following reasons will not be honoured.
           Adverse weather conditions
           Incomplete or incorrect delivery addresses
           Any other causes beyond our reasonable control


Please note: Refunds take 1-2business days  
 
EXCHANGES
  • NB: Exchanges can only be made on the exact product (brand, design, colour,) that was ordered due to incorrect sizing.
 
RETURNS 
  • Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. We cannot accept any returns for gifts from our partners.
NB: There might be rare occasions returns will be honored like misrepresentation in product description. Certain conditions must be met. (See below
 
  • The Timeframe is 4-7 business days from when the item was received
  • The item must be returned in its original packaging without any form of defect. (like Tags, packaging nylons, packaging tissues, stickers, boxes etc).
  • In the event that these conditions are not met, returns or exchanges will not be accepted. 
  • Please note : Customer bears the total delivery cost
 
 
NB:  We reserve the right to post samples of all Engraved or customized units produced for you which doesn’t reveal sensitive information eg House addresses, bank accounts, phone numbers, or any information that can easily be traced to you.
